OK MY 2 DOGS HAD FLEAS AND THEY GAVE ME FREE CAPSTAR AND FLEA DIP! GREAT PEOPLE. MUST GO AND TRY THEM! NOTHING LIKE THE BUTCHER JOB FROM PETSMART!

I have two 20lb. dogs. I took my boys in for the first time a couple months ago, and will be going back this week. My Bichon and Tibetan Terrier looked fantastic, and were very happy when I picked them up THAT and tells me alot. The prices are reasonable and the service very professional.

very nice people. they took care of my dog when i went out of town and when i picked him up he was clean and most of all happy!!!! when we walked in i didnt smell one hint of dog. place is huge to!

I would like to say that all the negative comments about this place are false. They are so nice and the place is spotless! People that are complaining probably have the worse dogs/cats and they couldn't be groomed. I have been going there for four years and not once have I seen poop on the floor not one time. People are nasty and when they have nasty pets that cannot be handled because they are neglected and don't get groomed as often as they should. Hollywoof is an awesome place and their groomers have the most experience I have seen.

This place is awful! It took them TWO separate visits to groom my pet and then overcharged me! It was ridiculous, they were extremely rude. I would never recommend this business to anyone! My cat came out looking like he has a mullet and only one side of his mane is cut, he looks terrible.
